We’re Hiring

Registered Clinical Counsellors

We are seeking Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) and Registered Social Workers (RSWs) who are passionate about mental health and dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Ideal candidates have experience and/or specialized training in at least one of the following areas:

  • Must be a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) in British Columbia.
  • Experience in individual, couples, or family therapy is an asset.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches (CBT, ACT, EFT, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Commitment to ethical and client-centered practice.
