I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of clinical experience. Now in my early 50s, I’ve navigated many of life’s challenges—from emigrating and settling into a new country, to raising children and managing the complexities of marriage. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the power of meaningful conversations with someone I trust—conversations that provide perspective, help clarify what matters most and guide me in taking small steps today to create a better tomorrow. Through it all, I’ve seen firsthand how a strong sense of meaning and purpose can be both an anchor during difficult times and a source of joy when things are going well. These life experiences have not only shaped my approach to therapy but have also deepened my understanding of resilience, growth, and healing.
